"Who's Star Pounder?" You ask as you climb back on. "He's one of the residant alpha males. They are always quarreling with eachother to see who is stronger. Let's hope that no one is badly injured." Sea Strider was flying some-what worriedly. "He's also Sea Strider's permanent mate, which means when she's ready, she'll only lt him near her." after a few minutes, you land in a huge field. You look down to see fresh blood. Probably from a meal, but there was that nagging feeling that it wasn't just the blood of prey. Sea Strider let out an anguished call, which was hastly replied to. Sea strider begins to run wit great speed, while you hold on for dear life. A black and grey, white spotted Wyvrn limps toward you. "He's pretty injured if he's limping, I wonder where Night Raider is?" Amy looks around. "No where." Sea Strider stops and looks at the male wyvrn. Amy slides down and examines the Wyvrn. He was cut up pretty bad. "You see? When males fight, it's like a force of nature. A whirl wind of teeth, slashing claws, and venomous tail spurs." Amy tells you while prodding at a bite wound. She moves around him and examines his tail. Thakkur comes in on his blue dragon. "Thakkur, take him to the infirmary, he's been hit. Thakkur laughs a little bit. "I don't see what is so funny, care to share?" "Yes, M'lady." He calms his face. "Star pounder won with flying colors, you should see Night Raider. As I understand it, Nigt Raider stung him n order to flee to the infirmary." "Then be sure to keep them seperated, permanetly!" Amy says sternly. Thakkur tells his blue to hold onto Star Pounder's shoulders and carry them to the infirmary.

"So where to?" Amy asks cheerfully. "What colors are there? For the dragon, wyvrn, and messenger lizards I mean?" "Well, there's silver, red, yellow, green, blue, dark blue, magenta, golden brown, dark green, sky blue, and brown. We occasionally get color mutations, which is Star Pounder's case. Not only is he black, but he has white spots. You'd be very lucky to get one. only one in every 3 clutches has a color mutation. If one of the parents have a color mutation, the chances of having a color mutation greatly increase. If BOTH parents have a color mutation, which is rare, chances are that most of the hatchlings will have a color mutation.
